If a product is missing from your website, app or kiosk, one of the settings below is hiding it. Work through them in order. Each one is in Management > Menu > Menu Setup unless it says otherwise.
Note: If your stores share a Company menu, open Menu Setup at company level, with no store selected. See Company or store menus.
1. The product or its category is switched off
- Open the category and check Enabled is on.
- Open the product and check Enabled is on.
2. It's set to show on the POS only
On the product, check Show For. It should say POS & Online or Online Only. POS Only hides it from the website, app and kiosk.
3. It's switched off for collection or delivery
On the product, under Enabled for, check Collection and Delivery. If Delivery is off, customers only see the product when they choose collection, and the other way round.
4. It only shows at certain times
If Enable Time Restriction is on, the product only shows between Time From and Time To, on the days ticked. Outside those times it's hidden online. See Product time restrictions.
5. It's switched off or sold out at this store
Select the store and go to Management > Menu > Quick Changes. If the product is switched off or snoozed there, switch it back on. See Out of stock items.
6. It isn't part of this brand
If you run more than one brand, the product only shows on the websites of the brands it's ticked for. In the Menu Setup list, a product that's missing from a brand has a badge such as Not in Burgers or No brands. Open the product and tick the brand under Virtual Brands. See Setup Guide: Virtual Brands.
