If you ever need to disable a Product either temporarily or until you need to follow the steps below.

Back Office

Login in the Store, not Company.

Disabling Products

Store: Management > Menu > Products
Search for the Product or Category it belongs to.
Toggle the Enabled switch to Disabled

| If you select Temporary: Yes then they will automatically be enabled again the next day.

Disabling Option Values (Toppings)

Store: Management > Menu > Menu Setup

Disable the Topping at the Option level

So it will be disabled for every Product that has that Topping

Find the Option, and expand it Edit Option Value > Uncheck Enabled > Save

Disable the Topping at the Product level

So it will be disabled for that particular Product

Expand the Category, and scroll down to the Product Click on the Option > Uncheck Active
