If you ever need to disable a Product either temporarily or permanently, follow the steps below.
Back Office
Login to the Store, not Company.
Disabling Products

Store: Management > Menu > Products

Search for the Product or Category it belongs to.

Toggle the Enabled switch to Disabled
Note: If you select Temporary: Yes then they will automatically be enabled again the next day.
Disabling Option Values (Toppings)
- Store: Management > Menu > Menu Setup
Disable the Topping at the Option level
So it will be disabled for every Product that has that Topping.
Find the Option, and expand it. Edit Option Value > Uncheck Enabled > Save
Disable the Topping at the Product level
So it will be disabled for that particular Product.
Expand the Category, and scroll down to the Product. Click on the Option > Uncheck Active
