Product Time Restrictions
Control when specific products are available for ordering. This is useful for breakfast menus, lunch specials, or any time-limited items.
How It Works
Time restrictions allow you to define the hours during which a product is visible and orderable. Outside of these hours, the product is automatically hidden from the menu on all channels (POS, online ordering, kiosk, and aggregators).
Setting Up Time Restrictions
- Go to Management > Menu > Menu Setup.
- Select the product you want to restrict.
- In the product edit screen, find the Time Restrictions section.
- Set the start and end times for availability.
- Save the product.

Things to Know
- Time restrictions apply across all ordering channels (POS, website, app, kiosk, aggregators).
- Restrictions are set per product, not per category.
- If a product is in a customer's cart when the restriction kicks in, they will be notified.
