Opening Hours

Back Office

These hours are shown on the online website and app.

Opening Hours

Enter your takeaways' opening hours here. These are the hours you are usually open for business including Pickup orders. Store: Setup > Online Ordering > Opening Hours

Delivery Hours

If you deliver, enter your Delivery Hours here. Store: Setup > Online Ordering > Delivery > Settings

Take orders up to the closing time

By default orders are allowed up to the closing time:

  • Minus the Preparation time for Pickup orders
  • Minus the Preparation time + Delivery Time for Delivery orders
Should you wish to allow orders right up to a certain number of minutes before the Closing time

Store: Setup > Online Ordering > Collection > Default Closing Time > Disable

  • Enter the number of minutes to stop taking orders.
