UrbanPiper Integration

Now you can fully integrate with the likes of Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat using our integration with Urban Piper.

This allows you to sync your products complete with images and prices, and in return receive all your orders directly within the POS automatically.

Once you are setup with UrbanPiper they will provide you with your API key and configure your account to use with MyFoodFast. In case, they request the information below, you can share that with them.

Location IDs

These need to be setup for each store (location) by entering the ID as Virtual Brand ID_Store ID So in the case that

• Virtual brand ID: 16
• Store ID: 114
• UrbanPiper location ID: 16_114

So in the case of Wimbledon store it would be 22_286

Webhooks

These must be copied and pasted in UrbanPiper as follows:

Back office

Note: UrbanPiper is managed at Company level only. Select All Stores in the store switcher first.

1. Go to Setup > Integrations > UrbanPiper.
2. Paste the API Key UrbanPiper gave you and click Save Changes. The page fetches your UrbanPiper account.
3. Under Store Menu Management, choose the brand (if you have several brands on UrbanPiper), then switch each store to Enabled.
4. Send your menu: click Sync Menu next to each store, or click Send to delivery apps at the top of Management > Menu > Menu Setup to send every store and brand at once. Preview Menu shows what will be sent.

Note: Your menu price is sent. MyFoodFast keeps one price per item; to charge different prices on a delivery app, use a virtual brand with brand prices. See Setup Guide: Virtual Brands.

After a minute or so, the result of the sync from UrbanPiper shows under Upload History. In case of any error please contact UrbanPiper directly.

Keeping UrbanPiper up to date

• Items and sizes you switch off or on in Quick Changes are switched off or on in UrbanPiper straight away. A temporary switch-off stays off in UrbanPiper until you switch the item back on.
• For other changes (new items, prices, names, options), click Send to delivery apps or Sync Menu again.
