Orders from Uber Eats, Deliveroo or Just Eat aren't reaching the POS
Work through these checks in order.
- Check the POS that takes online orders is switched on and connected to the internet. Orders from the delivery platforms go to the terminal set up to accept online orders.
- Look for the order in the Back Office. Go to Reports > Order History and search for the order. If it's there, check its status: the POS may have received it but not printed it.
- Send your menu again. If you changed your menu recently, an order containing an item, size or topping the delivery platform doesn't recognise can be rejected. Go to Management > Menu > Menu Setup and click Send to delivery apps. If an amber banner says Your delivery apps don't have your latest menu, this is very likely the cause. See Change your menu and update every channel.
- Check the delivery platform's own tablet or partner portal. If the order shows there as failed or denied, it never reached MyFoodFast. Statuses are explained in Setup integration with Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats.
- Still missing? Email help@myfoodfast.com with the platform name, the order number from the platform and the time it was placed. We can trace the order through the delivery platform connection and tell you why it failed.
Note: If you use LivePepper for your website, sync your menu there too after sending it: see How do I sync my menu with LivePepper?
