Setup integration with Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats?

Last verified: 2026-10-20

Now you can fully integrate with the likes of Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat platforms using our unique integration.

This allows you to sync your entire menu complete with images and prices with one click, and in return receive all your orders directly within the POS automatically.

MyFoodFast will fully support this integration in the case of any issues.

Before you start

Note: Ensure you have subscribed a Paid plan and enable the addon Delivery Platforms

Email Support with the following information. UberEats

  • Uber Eats ID

Note: You can get this by logging into the Uber Eats Back Office Note: Select the correct location from the dropdown menu. Note: Look at the URL of the page. Your Uber Eats UUID will be the number after /home/. For example, if the URL is https://merchants.ubereats.com/manager/home/cd48e888-d8e8-5dd4-9887-ea816b4f1634, the Uber Eats UUID is cd48e888-d8e8-5dd4-9887-ea816b4f1634.

Back office

MyFoodFast keeps one price for each item. If you're happy to charge the same on the delivery platforms as in your store, there's nothing more to set up.

Note: If you want different prices on the delivery platforms, or to sell only part of your menu there, set up a virtual brand for them and give items a brand price. See Setup Guide: Virtual Brands.

Connect your store

Before you can sync a menu, connect your store to Delivery Platforms. You only need to do this once.

  1. Select your store, then go to Setup > Integrations > Delivery Platforms.
  2. Click Connect Delivery Platforms. You will be taken to our delivery platform partner's sign-in page.
  3. Sign in, or create an account if you don't have one yet.
  4. When asked which location to connect, choose your store. If it isn't listed, select Create a new location — your store name and country are filled in for you.
  5. Click Allow. You will be brought back to the Delivery Platforms page, which now shows Connected.

Use the store-level page (a store selected in the switcher) for one store's menu, or the company-level page (All Stores selected) to manage the menus for every store and brand on your company menu.

If you sell under more than one brand (virtual brands), each brand goes to the delivery platforms as its own menu.

  1. On Setup > Integrations > Delivery Platforms, under Menu Links (Virtual Brands), click Create Link.
  2. Select the brand, then the delivery platform menu it should update, and save.
  3. Repeat for each brand.

Note: If you see "That connection link has expired", click Connect Delivery Platforms again and complete the steps without switching store in between.

Once your store is connected and the support team has finished your setup, send your menu to the delivery platforms.

  1. Go to Management > Menu > Menu Setup (or Quick Changes).
  2. Click Send to delivery apps at the top of the page. This sends your menu to every connected platform, for each store and brand.
  3. After a minute or so you'll receive an email for each upload:
    • [Store Name] - Upload catalog - Successful: you're done.
    • [Store Name] - Upload catalog - Failed: the email explains what failed. Fix those items in your menu, then send again.

You can also send from Setup > Integrations > Delivery Platforms: click Upload Catalog (with a store selected), or Upload next to a brand under Menu Links (Virtual Brands). Preview Catalog / Preview shows what will be sent. Leave Prices to send on Eat in, which is your menu price.

Note: Each upload sends your entire menu, with images and prices, so you don't need to add any reference codes.

Keeping the delivery platforms up to date

  • Switching items off: items, sizes and toppings you switch off in Quick Changes come off the delivery platforms within moments, and come back when you switch them on again.
  • Other changes (new items, prices, names, options, images): click Send to delivery apps. An amber banner, Your delivery apps don't have your latest menu, appears on Menu Setup and Quick Changes when there's something to send.

See Change your menu and update every channel.

Opening hours

Your opening hours can be sent to Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat for you, so you don't have to set them again on each platform.

  1. Set your hours under Setup > Online Ordering > Opening Hours.
  2. Go to Setup > Integrations > Delivery Platforms and turn on Opening Hours. Your hours are sent straight away.
  3. From then on, every time you save your opening hours they are sent again. Click Send opening hours now to resend them at any time.

Note: The hours you set in the back office replace any hours set on the delivery platforms. Just Eat updates its hours the next time you send your menu.

Note: If you see "Your delivery platforms connection does not allow updating opening hours", click Connect Delivery Platforms again, then turn Opening Hours back on.
