Importing sizes and add-ons with your menu

When you set up your account, you can import your existing menu automatically by pasting a link to your page on a delivery platform. The import now brings across your product options — sizes, add-ons, extras, and "choice of" groups — not just categories and products.

What gets imported

For each product we capture:

  • Its category, name, description, price, and image
  • Its option groups (for example Size, Choice of Crust, or Extra toppings)
  • For each option group, whether a choice is required, how many choices are allowed, and the price of each option

Supported platforms

PlatformProducts & pricesSizes & add-ons
DeliverooYesYes
Just EatYesYes
Uber EatsYesComing soon
Other linksYesNot available

Note: For Uber Eats and other menu links, products and prices import but option groups do not yet come across automatically. You can add sizes and add-ons afterwards in Management > Menu > Menu Setup.

After the import

Your menu lands ready to review. We recommend checking:

  1. Each product's options are correct and priced the way you want.
  2. Any required choices (like a size) are set as required.
  3. Prices for add-ons are the extra amount charged on top of the base price.

If something didn't come across, you can edit or add it manually under Management > Menu > Menu Setup. (If your store uses a shared company menu, manage products at Company level — with no store selected in the switcher — under Management > Menu > Menu Setup.)

Tip: If your imported menu is missing options for a platform that should support them, the source page may have changed its layout. Try the import again, and if it still doesn't work, contact support so we can take a look.
