Error: ‘Access Blocked - Terminal is not valid’

This may happen because of one of the following reasons:

A. Monthly Payment has NOT been made:

B. Multiple Installations:

*Multiple Installations - happens when someone attempts to install a new terminal on a new machine which consequently blocks the previous installation.

Solution: 

  1. Check the MAC address of the Terminal and ensure it matches that in Back Office: Setup > POS > Terminals. If it does not edit the MAC address here.
