MyFoodFast takes data security seriously. This article explains where your data is stored and how it is protected.

Cloud-based storage

All your data -- including menu items, orders, customer details, and reports -- is stored securely in the cloud. This means:

  • Your data is accessible from any device with an internet connection and a web browser.
  • You do not need to manage your own servers or worry about local backups.
  • Data is automatically backed up on a regular basis to prevent loss.

Security measures

MyFoodFast uses industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption in transit -- all data sent between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
  • Encryption at rest -- stored data is encrypted on our servers.
  • Access controls -- only authorised users with valid credentials can access your account.

Note: You should always use a strong, unique password for your Back Office account and avoid sharing login details between staff members. Use the user management feature to create individual accounts for each team member.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you choose to cancel your account, contact support to understand the data retention and deletion process.

Compliance

If you have specific questions about data compliance, GDPR, or data processing agreements, please contact the MyFoodFast support team for further information.
