If the Back Office at go.myorderboxhq.com is not loading, displaying a blank screen, or getting stuck, follow the troubleshooting steps below in order.
1. Clear your browser cache and cookies
Stale cached data is the most common cause of loading issues.
- Open your browser settings (usually via the three-dot menu in the top-right corner).
- Select Clear browsing data (or Delete browsing data).
- Tick Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data.
- Set the time range to All time.
- Click Clear data.
- Close and reopen the browser, then try loading the Back Office again.
2. Try a different browser
If clearing the cache does not help, try accessing the Back Office in a different browser (e.g. switch from Chrome to Edge, or vice versa). This helps determine whether the issue is browser-specific.
3. Check your internet connection
- Open a new tab and try loading another website (e.g. google.com).
- If other sites also fail to load, the problem is with your internet connection rather than the Back Office.
- Restart your router or switch to a different network and try again.
4. Disable browser extensions
Some browser extensions (particularly ad blockers or security plugins) can interfere with the Back Office. Try loading the page in an Incognito or Private window, which disables most extensions by default.
5. Contact support
