If you are closing your business or transferring your business to a new owner on MyFoodFast:
- Add the new 'owner' to the staff list as an 'Admin'
Management > Staff > List > 'New User'
Details to add: Choose Role as 'Admin'
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Password
- Mobile Number
- Change of Billing Email and VAT Number
Setup > Store Details > ADD/REMOVE VAT Registration Number
Setup > Store Details > Billing Email
- Change of Payment Method
Hover on the Welcome Store Name on the header and click on the link.
This will take you to the payment method.
Put in the 'New Card' and press 'Save Card'
Summary of the current plan: You can either cancel the subscription or deactivate the account.
