Will I be able to use my existing POS hardware with MyOrderBox?

In many cases you can continue using your existing POS hardware with MyOrderBox, provided it meets the minimum specifications.

Compatible hardware types

The following hardware categories are supported:

  • Touch-screen terminals / PCs -- any Windows-based device that meets the minimum system requirements
  • Receipt printers -- most ESC/POS-compatible thermal receipt printers (USB or network)
  • Cash drawers -- drawers that connect via the receipt printer's RJ11 kick port
  • Customer displays -- pole displays that support ESC/POS commands
  • Barcode scanners -- USB HID barcode scanners

Minimum system requirements
