Why is the receipt not showing items but the prices only for a web order?

If a web order receipt is showing prices but not the item names, this is usually caused by a menu sync issue between the Back Office and the POS.

How to fix

  1. On the POS, go to Advanced Settings
  2. Select Sync Now to force a menu sync
  3. Wait for the sync to complete
  4. Try printing the receipt again

If the issue persists

  • Check that all menu items in the Back Office have proper names assigned
  • Ensure the POS terminal has an active internet connection
  • Close and reopen the POS application, then sync again

Note: This issue typically occurs when menu items have been recently updated in the Back Office but the POS hasn't synced the latest changes.
