If a web order receipt is showing prices but not the item names, this is usually caused by a menu sync issue between the Back Office and the POS.
How to fix
- On the POS, go to Advanced Settings
- Select Sync Now to force a menu sync
- Wait for the sync to complete
- Try printing the receipt again

- Check that all menu items in the Back Office have proper names assigned
- Ensure the POS terminal has an active internet connection
- Close and reopen the POS application, then sync again
