How do I change the price of items if they are different to what is displayed in the store?

Last verified: 2026-03-06

If the price of an item on the POS differs from what is displayed in-store, you can update it through the Back Office. You can also use the Reprice feature on the POS to adjust prices on the fly for individual orders.

Update prices in the Back Office

  1. Log in to the Back Office.
  2. Navigate to Menu > Products.
  3. Find the product whose price you want to change.
  4. Click the product to open its details.
  5. Update the Price field to the correct amount.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Repeat for any other items that need updating.
  8. Click Update All to publish the changes.
  9. On the POS, go to Settings > Sync to pull in the updated prices.

Reprice an item on the POS (per-order adjustment)

If you need to change a price for a single order without updating the menu permanently, use the Reprice feature directly on the POS.

For full instructions, see Using Reprice on the POS.

Note: Changes made in the Back Office affect all future orders. If you only need a one-off adjustment, use Reprice on the POS instead.
