I want the Ordering App for my customers
You can have your own ordering app in the Apple App Store and Google Play, with your name and logo. Request it from Back Office and our team builds it for you.
Request your app
- Sign in to Back Office at Company level (no store selected in the store switcher).
- Go to Setup > Online Ordering > Website & App > Settings.
- Scroll down to the Mobile App Links section and click Request your own app.
- Check the App name and add any notes, then click Send request.
The section then shows that your request is with the MyFoodFast team. Only head office logins can request an app.
What we'll ask you for
- App name: the name customers see under the app icon.
- Logo in vector format (EPS, SVG or PDF), so our design team can resize it without losing quality.
- Description: a short description of your business. It appears on your App Store and Google Play page.

What happens next
Once we have everything, building the app normally takes 7 to 10 days. While it's being built, the Mobile App Links section says so. When your app goes live, we fill in your app links for you, so the "Get the app" banner appears on your website. See Linking your branded mobile app to your website.
