Choosing which prices go to the delivery platform
Your menu holds a separate price for each order type — eat in, collection and delivery — plus an optional Delivery with Commissions price for marking items up to cover platform fees. Before you upload a catalog, tell the Back Office which of those prices to send.
- Go to Setup > Integrations > Delivery Platforms.
- Next to each brand under Menu Links (Virtual Brands), open the Send prices dropdown.
- Pick the price set you want that brand to publish: Eat in, Collection, Delivery or Delivery with Commissions.
- Click Preview to check the prices look right, then Upload to send the catalog.
Note: The choice is saved per brand, so you can publish eat-in prices to one brand and commission-loaded prices to another. If you have never chosen one, Eat in is used.
Both a Company-level and a Store-level version of this page exist. Use the Store-level page (with a store selected in the switcher) for a single store's catalog, and the Company-level page (with no store selected) when you manage catalogs centrally across virtual brands. Your Cost price is never offered here — it stays internal and is never uploaded to a delivery platform.
