Finding orders in Order History
Order History lists the orders for the selected store or company so you can search, filter, and export them.
To open it, go to Reports > Sales Reports > Order History. You can use it with a single store selected, or at Company level to see every store at once.
Orders waiting to be accepted now appear by default
An order that has arrived but has not yet been accepted on the till has the status Unconfirmed. These are real, paid orders — for example orders coming from your website, the customer app, or a delivery platform — that are simply waiting for someone in the store to accept them.
Unconfirmed orders now show in Order History by default, with no extra clicks. If a customer says they placed an order but you can't see it on the till, check Order History — if it's there as Unconfirmed, it reached MyOrderBox but hasn't been accepted on the till yet.
Tip: If unconfirmed orders are appearing regularly, it usually means the till lost its connection at the moment the order came in. Check that the till is switched on, signed in, and connected to the internet.
The "Show in-progress" toggle
The Show in-progress toggle controls whether two other, incomplete states are shown:
- Cart — a basket a customer started but never finished paying for (an abandoned checkout).
- In-progress checkouts that are still being processed.
These are hidden by default to keep the report focused on real orders. Turn Show in-progress on if you want to see abandoned carts and in-flight checkouts as well.
Filtering by status
The Status dropdown lets you jump straight to a specific status (for example Unconfirmed, Collected, or Delivered). Choosing any status here overrides the Show in-progress toggle, so you can always pull up exactly the orders you need.
Exporting
Use the Export button to download the currently filtered list as a spreadsheet.
