The Online Checkout Report gives you a detailed view of all transactions that have come through your online ordering site. Use this report to track online order volume, payment methods, and order totals.
Steps to access the report
- Log in to the Back Office.
- Navigate to Reports from the left-hand menu.
- Look for the Online Checkout Report in the list of available reports.
- Click on the report to open it.
- Use the date range filter to narrow results to a specific period.
What the report shows
The Online Checkout Report typically includes:
- Order date and time -- when each online order was placed.
- Order total -- the total value of each transaction.
- Payment method -- how the customer paid (card, cash on delivery, etc.).
- Order status -- whether the order was completed, cancelled, or refunded.
Note: Only orders placed through your online ordering site appear in this report. Orders placed directly on the POS will not be included here. Check the main Sales Report for a combined view of all orders.
Troubleshooting
If you cannot see the Online Checkout Report, make sure your account has the correct permissions. Contact your administrator if the report is not visible in your Reports menu.
