Order history and one-tap Reorder on your ordering website

Last verified: 2026-09-29

What your customers can do

Signed-in customers can see every order they have placed with your brand on your ordering website, across all of your stores, and order the same thing again in one tap. This works the same way as Reorder in your mobile app.

  • My Orders (in the website menu) lists past orders, newest first. Each order shows the store, the date and time, its status, a short list of what was ordered, the total and the order number. Refunded orders are shown too, marked Refunded.
  • Tapping an order opens its details: the full receipt with every option and deal item, the status, and Track order while the order is still in progress.
  • Reorder puts the same items in a fresh basket at the same store, for the same order type (delivery or pickup), and opens the basket on the menu so the customer can check out.
  • Order Again on the order tracking page does the same for that order.
  • When a signed-in customer opens the menu with an empty basket, an Order again card shows their last order at that store.

Note: Table-service orders can't be reordered from the website, so they have no Reorder button.

What Reorder does and doesn't copy

Reorder builds a brand-new basket at today's menu and prices. It copies the items, sizes, options and item notes.

It never copies:

  1. Discounts, coupons or loyalty point redemptions
  2. The payment
  3. The delivery or pickup time. The customer gets ASAP if the store is open, otherwise the earliest available time
  4. Order notes or the table number

When something has changed since the last order

If an item can't be ordered any more, it is left out and the customer is told why, for example: "1 item isn't available any more: Cola (not available right now)". The usual reasons are:

  • The item was removed from the menu, or hidden or switched off
  • It isn't available for delivery (or pickup)
  • An option the customer chose no longer exists
  • The deal is no longer on offer

If an item's price has changed, it is added at today's price and the customer sees a note like "Margherita - Large now £11.50 (was £10.00)".

For delivery orders, the address from the original order is checked against the store's current delivery zones. If the store no longer delivers there, the customer sees a message such as "Camden doesn't deliver to N14 6RG any more." and their basket isn't changed.

Note: If the customer already has items in their basket, they are asked Replace your current basket? first. Choosing Keep basket leaves everything as it was.
