I can't see my pending orders on the Trackscreen

If your pending orders are not showing on the track screen, it's usually a filter issue. Here's how to fix it.

Check your filters

  1. Look at the filter buttons at the top of the track screen (All, Delivery, Collection, Dine-in, etc.)
  2. Make sure "All" is selected — if another filter is active, it will hide orders that don't match
  3. Tap "All" to show every order regardless of type

Other things to check

  • Date filter — Make sure you're viewing today's date, not a previous day
  • Sync — Go to Advanced Settings > Sync Now to pull the latest orders
  • Terminal assignment — If your store has multiple terminals, orders may be assigned to a different terminal
  • POS is logged in — The POS must be logged in and online to receive new orders

Note: Online orders will only appear on the track screen if the POS is connected to the internet and logged in. If the POS was offline, orders will arrive once the connection is restored.
