How do I set a Delivery Service Charge?

A delivery service charge is an additional fee added to every home-delivery order. You configure it in the Back Office and then sync the change to your POS.

Set a delivery service charge

1. Log in to the Back Office.
2. Navigate to Setup > Online Ordering > Home Delivery.
3. Locate the Delivery Service Charges option.
4. Set it to Yes to enable the charge.
5. Enter the service charge amount you want to apply.
6. Click Update All to save the changes.

Note: If you use delivery zones, you can set different service charge amounts per zone. Review each zone under Setup > Online Ordering > Home Delivery > Delivery Zones to configure zone-specific charges.

Sync the changes to the POS

1. Open MyOrderBox POS on your terminal.
2. Go to Settings > Sync.
3. Wait for the sync to complete before taking new orders.

The delivery service charge will now appear as a separate line item on delivery orders.
