Using reprice on POS

POS

1. Complete customer order and apply any automatic discounts for items ordered. 

2. Having an open food button 

3. Select 'Pay'.

4. Select the discount icon

4. Now select the Manual button

5. Select 'Reprice' and enter the amount the order is to be repriced to on the numeric pad. 

6. Click 'OK'

If you require an open food button : 

Management > Menu > Menu Setup > 'Add Catergory' > Name it 'Open Food' and price it '£10.00' 

Please note: RE-PRICING manually can only be up to £10.00 no more than that. 

On the POS 

Click on 'Open Food' > Once it is on the screen it will say '£10.00' > click on it & press 'Edit' - Write a note on it what it is for > Press Pay > Click on  

The discount button (Please note only admin & managers can do this)
