Show your own company logo on the Kitchen Display

If your company is set up with white-label branding, the Kitchen Display shows your company logo in the top-left of the header instead of the default MyFoodFast mark. This keeps the screen on-brand for your kitchen.

Note: White-label branding is enabled per company. If you don't see your logo and think you should, contact support to confirm white-label is switched on for your account.

How to set it up

  1. Make sure white-label branding is enabled for your company (contact support if you're not sure).
  2. Upload your company logo in the back office under your company branding settings.
  3. On the kitchen tablet, force-close and re-open the KDS app so it picks up the new branding when it re-registers.

Good to know

  • It works offline. The logo is downloaded and cached when the display registers, so it still appears even if the kitchen's internet drops later.
  • It never breaks the screen. While the logo is loading, or if it can't be reached, the KDS shows the default MyFoodFast logo rather than a broken image — so the header always looks right.
  • The logo is sized automatically to fit the header and scales with the screen, the same as the default logo.

Troubleshooting

The KDS still shows the MyFoodFast logo. Check that white-label is enabled for your company and that a logo has been uploaded, then force-close and re-open the KDS app on the tablet so it re-reads the branding.

My logo looks small or has empty space around it. The header fits your logo to a fixed height and keeps its proportions. A very wide logo is capped in width so it doesn't push the rest of the toolbar off-screen. For the cleanest result, upload a logo that's roughly square or landscape with tight margins.
