This guide covers all the hardware you need to run MyFoodFast across your restaurant — from POS terminals and printers to kiosks and kitchen displays. We recommend Sunmi devices for the easiest setup and best compatibility.

POS Terminal
MyFoodFast POS runs as a native Android app or via the Web in Chrome. It works on any device in landscape mode with a screen larger than 8" — either a tablet or an ePOS terminal.
How to get the app
- Android — Download MyFoodFast POS from the Google Play Store.
- Web — Open myfoodfast-pos.web.app in Chrome on any device. The Web POS supports printing.
Recommended POS devices
MyFoodFast POS is compatible with any Android tablet (not phones). Here are our recommended options:

Lenovo M11 — Affordable Android tablet. A good choice if you only need to manage online orders or use it as a waiter tablet.

Sunmi V3 Mix — 10.1" Android terminal with an integrated printer and NFC contactless payment. Suited to smaller takeaways handling online orders alongside walk-in POS orders.

Sunmi D3 Pro — 15.6" All-In-One Android POS Terminal with USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and fingerprint login. Our recommended terminal for full POS and order management.
Warning: The D3 Pro does not have a built-in NFC reader. To accept contactless card payments, you will need the Sunmi Customer Display accessory, which includes NFC. See D3 Pro Accessories on ERS Online.
Printers
MyFoodFast supports all 80mm thermal and 76mm dot matrix printers. Our recommended printers are available from ERS Online:

Sunmi NT311 — 80mm Thermal Printer with Cloud Compatibility. Our recommended printer for kitchen tickets, customer receipts, and label printing.

Sunmi NT320 — Compact 80mm Thermal Printer. A smaller, space-saving alternative for counter areas with limited space.
Note: You can use multiple printers — for example, one at the front counter for receipts and one in the kitchen for order tickets.
Cash Drawer
If you use a cash drawer, it must be physically connected to your receipt printer.

Kiosk
MyFoodFast Kiosk lets your customers place orders themselves. It runs as a native Android app on dedicated kiosk hardware, or via the Web on any device with a browser. It also runs on Android smartphones with NFC for mobile self-ordering.

Kitchen Display System (KDS)
MyFoodFast KDS shows incoming orders on a screen in your kitchen. It runs as a native Android app, or via the Web on any device with a browser.

Customer Display Screen
A customer-facing display that shows order details to the customer as you build their order on the POS. It runs as a native Android app, or via the Web on any device with a browser.
- The Sunmi Flex 3 — 22" works well as a customer-facing display.
Note: If you are using the Sunmi D3 Pro as your POS terminal, the Sunmi Customer Display accessory doubles as both a customer-facing screen and an NFC contactless payment reader. See D3 Pro Accessories.
