How do I take payments on the PDQ over the phone?

If you send a transaction to the terminal from the POS, it should display the amount and then request you to present the card. If at that point you press the MENU button it will allow you to enter the MOTO (Mail Order Telephone Order) function and enable you to process the payment while as a CNP (Customer Not Present).
