The menu in MOB is setup as a hierarchy (Category > Product > Product Option/Value) for example Pizza > Pepperoni > Toppings. If you add attributes to the mix, they are associated with the Product i.e. Size, Crust, etc. (use this article Advanced Menu Setup)
This article will focus on Option Values and in this case, let's say you run out of a topping, then what should you do?
- Company level>Management>Menu>Menu setup
On the right side you see “OPTIONS”

Find the desired Value by clicking the EXPAND “+” on the Option Category.

Click on the edit icon next to X of the option value and check/uncheck “Enabled” and click save.
