How do I create Test orders

The steps are still correct, but the interface may look slightly different in the latest version.

Sometimes you may need to create test orders for demonstration or training purposes but you don't want them to show up in the reports. You can use the test order feature to do this.

To enable Test Orders:

  1. Click on https://go.myorderboxhq.com/users/sign_in to log into the back office.

  1. On the left menu, go to: Setup > Company > Company Details

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and check the "Allow training mode" box. Now click "Update"

|| Note: Please note the feature is available only for Company and Store level Admin roles

  1. Now when you take an order, these 'Test Orders' this will not show on all your other reports.

Note: * If someone else (Other than the admin) logs on into the Back Office, the orders will not be shown to them. * These 'Test Orders' will still be shown on the Z read as normal.
