Turn on the Dispatch console (free trial)

Last verified: 2026-07-07

What the Dispatch console is

The Dispatch console gives you live delivery management for a store — real-time driver tracking on a map, route grouping, and delivery alerts. It's part of the Delivery Dashboard add-on. If your store isn't on the add-on yet, opening Dispatch shows a locked screen instead of the console.

You no longer need to contact support to switch it on — you can start it yourself from the App Store, and try it free first.

Start your free trial

  1. In the sidebar, select the store you want in the store switcher at the top (the App Store is a store-level page, so a store must be selected).
  2. Go to App Store in the sidebar.
  3. Find Delivery Dashboard in the app list and click it.
  4. Click Start 14-day free trial, then confirm.

Dispatch unlocks straight away. You won't be charged during the trial.

Note: The trial is available on the Silver, Gold and Terminal plans (Platinum already includes the Delivery Dashboard). If you're on a different plan and don't see the add-on in your App Store, contact support and we'll help you get set up.

You can also start the trial directly from the lock screen: open Dispatch and click Start your free trial, which takes you to the App Store.

What happens when the trial ends

  • After 14 days, the Delivery Dashboard add-on (£20/month) is added to your subscription and billed automatically — you don't need to do anything to keep it.
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you're not charged.

Cancel during the trial

  1. Go to App Store (with the store selected).
  2. Open Delivery Dashboard — it shows a Trial badge and the date the trial ends.
  3. Click Cancel trial and confirm.

Access ends and no charge is taken. (A store can only take the free trial once — if you cancel and re-subscribe later, the add-on is billed straight away rather than starting a new free trial.)
