Connect and sync your menu with Deliverect

Deliverect connects your menu to delivery marketplaces and keeps your products in one place. This guide covers connecting Deliverect, pushing your menu, and checking sync history.

Go to Setup > Integrations > Deliverect. Deliverect is set up per store, so select the store you want to configure in the store switcher at the top of the screen first.

Step 1 — Enable Deliverect and enter your account details

  1. Turn on the Enable Deliverect switch.
  2. Enter your Account ID (provided by Deliverect).
  3. Once a valid Account ID is saved, your Deliverect Locations load automatically. Choose the location that matches this store from the Location dropdown. If no locations appear, you can type the Location ID manually.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Note: Each store needs its own Account ID and Location. Make sure you have the correct store selected before saving.

Step 2 — Configure the orders webhook in Deliverect

So that delivery orders flow back into your account, copy the Orders Webhook URL shown in the Deliverect Configuration card and paste it into the matching field in your Deliverect setup.

  1. In the Deliverect Configuration card, click the copy icon next to Orders Webhook URL.
  2. Paste it into Deliverect where it asks for your POS/orders callback URL.
  3. The POS Location ID shown on the same card is the value Deliverect uses to identify this store.

Note: Copy the webhook URL exactly as shown. It should be a single web address beginning with https://.

Step 3 — Sync your products

Once a location is selected, a Sync Products card appears.

  1. (If your menu uses advanced pricing) choose the Price Type you want to upload. This is also remembered as the last price type used.
  2. Click Sync Preview to review the exact menu data that will be sent — handy for spotting missing prices or tax classes before you push.
  3. Click Sync Products and confirm. Your menu is uploaded to Deliverect.

A green banner confirms a successful sync. If something goes wrong, a red banner shows the reason instead — the page will not error out.

Note: Products only sync when they are online, enabled, and have both a delivery tax class and a collection tax class set. If a product is missing from Deliverect, check those settings first.

Step 4 — Check your sync history

Click Sync Logs to open a list of recent syncs for this store, newest first. Each entry shows when it ran, who ran it, and the price type used.

Click View on any entry to expand the full Server Response from Deliverect and the Menu Upload that was sent. This is the quickest way to confirm a sync succeeded or to investigate why a product did not appear.

Troubleshooting

  • "No Deliverect location configured": You need to select a Location (Step 1) before you can sync.
  • A product is missing from Deliverect: Confirm the product is online and enabled and has delivery and collection tax classes assigned, then sync again.
  • Orders aren't arriving: Re-check that the Orders Webhook URL in Deliverect matches the one shown on this page exactly, and that the correct POS Location ID is configured in Deliverect.
  • A sync shows a red error banner: Open Sync Logs > View to read Deliverect's server response for the specific failure.
