If you want to import or export your entire Customer Database, follow this article, however for Marketing purposes it is best to segment your Customer data using our Grow Module

Back Office

Export

You can choose whether to do the export from just a Store or the entire Company, if you have access.

Company: Customers > Tools > Export to Excel Store: Management > Customers > Tools > Export to Excel

  • The file will be sent to the email address of the user currently logged into the Back Office.

Import

Before importing your Customer Database, add the details of one of your existing customers first. and then follow the instructions to Export, so that you can use the document as a template. 

Create First Customer

Management > Customers > + Add New Customer > Enter Customer Information > Save

Edit the file

Export and use this file as a template and populate your existing customers according to the headings.

| When completed, save the Excel file in XLS format.

Import the file

Again, you can choose whether to do the export from just a Store or the entire Company, if you have access. ||| Ensure the file is in XLS format. Company: Customers > Tools > Import from Excel Store: Management > Customers > Tools > Import from Excel
