How long before I can see the sales in the Back Office?

Sales data syncs to the Back Office in real time, provided the POS terminal has an active internet connection. You should be able to see sales in the Back Office reports within minutes of the transaction being completed.

If sales are not appearing

  1. Check the POS internet connection — the status indicator on the POS should show connected
  2. Force a sync — go to POS > Advanced Settings > Sync Now
  3. Check the date filter in the Back Office reports — make sure you're viewing today's date
  4. Allow a few minutes — during busy periods, there may be a slight delay

Note: If the POS loses internet connectivity during trading, sales are stored locally and will sync automatically when the connection is restored.
