How do I know if the customer has paid for a delivery or collection order?

On the POS track screen, orders are colour-coded to indicate their payment status:

  • Red — Unpaid (cash on delivery or cash on collection)
  • Yellow / Green — Paid online (card payment already processed)

Checking payment details

You can also tap on any order on the track screen to view its full details, including:

  • Payment method (cash, card, online)
  • Payment status (paid, unpaid)
  • Order total and any applied discounts

Note: Online orders paid by card will already be processed before they arrive at the POS. The driver or counter staff should not collect payment for these orders.
