Setup Printers

Before you start

Make sure your 80mm thermal printer is connected to the network either by ethernet or WiFi and is printing fine from another device at the store. || Bluetooth printers are not supported currently

Back Office

Enable the printers to be used here:

  • Store > Setup > POS > Edit Terminal > Enable the printers required.
  • Only on one Terminal > Auto Fire Web Orders > Enable. | This terminal will be responsible for automatically sending orders to the kitchen at the required time.

POS Terminal

Customer Printer

Designed as a receipt to hand to the walk in customer.

Supports all 80mm Thermal printers

  • Settings > Printers > Select Printer > Will list all printers available on the network > select IP of printer > Test
  • Each Terminal can only have one Customer Printer
  • The same Customer Printer can be shared with other Terminals
  • Cash Drawer, if used, MUST be physically connected to this printer only

Kitchen Printers

Designed as a receipt to use in the Kitchen itself, with a larger font. Supports all 80mm Thermal and 76mm Dot Matrix printers

  • Settings > Printers > Select Printer > Will list all printers available on the network > select IP of printer > Test
  • A number of Kitchen Printers may be used if required.

Dispatch Printer

Designed as a receipt to staple onto the delivery bag, as has all order details as well as Customer details. Supports all 80mm Thermal printers.

  • Settings > Printers > Select Printer > Will list all printers available on the network > select IP of printer > Test || Has the format of the Customer Printer (i.e. include pricing) but behaves like a Kitchen Printer (i.e. the order comes in and goes to the kitchen at a certain time).

Label Printer - Coming Soon

Only supports the Zebra GK420D / ZD230d Label Printer using label size 102 x 51mm Direct Thermal with permanent adhesive
