You will need
  • Admin role in the Company
  • Active Company domain setup

Back Office

  • Add a new user with the Role Call Centre Agent to any ONE of your stores, only. | Best to name this user "Call Agent" or something similar as this name will be shown in the top right hand corner when placing the order. | Note this user can be used by many call centre agents for now, even concurrently, so it enough to create just one agent.

  • Store: App Store > Call Centre : Subscribe

|| Call Centre will be now be available for all subscribed stores at > www.mysite.com/callcentre
