Customer issue:
My customers are taking Collections instead of Delivery. What could cause this?
Answer:
When the customer is ordering he may save the website as a Bookmark on his browser (when taking a delivery). When he gets back to the website from the bookmark, he will be redirected to the website, but taking a collection. In this case, do the following:

Access company level.

Go to Setup -> Online Ordering -> Website -> Setting:

- Scroll down and enable Force Homepage:

This will now force the customers to go back to the front page and insert their postcode to take a delivery order.
